And, these Phase-I results will not be taken into account when calculating the final result after the Interview. Phase 2: This will be the descriptive test where the candidate needs to answer 3 papers (1 (English), 2 (Economic and Social Issues impacting Insurance) and 3(Insurance and Management)). The results obtained by the candidates in IRDA Assistant Manager Phase 2 exam will be considered for the final Interview. So, you should be cautious while attending for the Phase II exam of IRDAI. This descriptive exam will be held only in 4 cities (Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai and New Delhi).
