After the release of Telangana RTA m-Wallet Application, motorists no need carry the physical documents of the vehicle like RC and driving license. Also, this application can be downloaded for free from the Google Play Store to solve most of the problems while you get caught by the police. Let us tell you what all can this RTA mWallet App do and the process of registering with the application.
It is a great move by the Telangana Government that helps people to store vehicle documents digitally in a single platform. In simple words, it is a kind of digital wallet that was introduced by Telangana transport department.
How to use Telangana RTA m-Wallet App?
Step 1: First of all, you need to visit the Play Store to download this RTA application. Telangana RTA mWallet App is not available for iOS as of now.
Step 2: Following, open the app and go through the demo process showing registration procedure.
Step 3: Tap on the register button after entering the Name, eMail, and Mobile number.
Step 4: You will get an OTP to the mobile number entered. Input the same back in the field to complete the RTA m Wallet registration.
Step 5: Once the registration process ends, select Add New button to enter the necessary details.
Step 6: Here you will see two options like RC and Driving License.
Enter the vehicle registration number and the last five digits of the chassis number from the printed RC. After entering the core details, tap on the Get button and the app will fetch all the mandatory details from the Telangana transport department.
In addition, enter the Driving License number and the Date of Birth details to get the information of License. Don’t forget to select Get button to complete the action.
How simple was it? Right? Just go through the PlayStore and download Telangana RTA m-Wallet app now. This application will simplify the process of carrying the paper documents of all the vehicles owned. After logging out, your information which was already fetched will be saved. So, you no need to repeat the steps every time when you log-in to the Telangana RTA mWallet app. As of now, checking of Vehicle challan status is not yet live on the app.
